spot on, on some replicas, only the original parts will do.

The devil is in the detail.

Thanks Baron for your wise words.

The real pleasure comes in when you stop for fuel and negative guys like Vader pulled in with their nice shining x6 bm with paper plates and all the pump attendants is around your creation.
There is not a speedcop on the road that will leave you alone but that my friend gives you firstly the satisfaction that you have created something special and if the Porche guys dont accept you in their group feel good because you have spend just as much time money and effort to have your own Porche at a fraction of the cost of those cars!!!

"bear in mind you will never been accepted by the real Porsche owners with your"" plastic Porsche" But if you want to give it ago good luck there is a place for both in the sun.
The build of a kit car is a creation of your imagination and test of your technical skills ---and to hell with what other people say or think---

Good luck with your build !!

Enjoy every moment of it and enjoy the ride!!

Greetings
Johan :hangloose:

Firstly, don't give a toss as to what the so called "real" porsche owners think.

Believe it or not, there are snobs all over the place and even in here many people frown down on my speedster because I'm going water-cooled.

I think that is a great platform.............first advice, get it running so that you can enjoy it, that will really spark the build process.
