Goeie donder mense en ek dog die tipe taal is verbode! Vader - Not fully understanding what "lowered 30mm" actually means can you explain this to me in layman's terms. Does this mean that the suspension is lowered by modification and can this be reset to normal? My beach buggy will look odd with its nose in the sand? Bosvark - As ek nie by Vader regkom nie sal ek jou PM. Thanks

Supposing the Red text was for me. Well sorry numb nuts when I went through your post, I last saw the suspension listed in Oct 2011. So calm down, take the steering shaft out you arse and save some brain damage. My intention was to help the dude out assuming that yours was sold.
What ever happened to a diplomatic PM highlighting an oversight before you rant and rave like a ill mannered 2 year old throwing toys out of the cot.
My humble apologies. Next time you need anything :finger4u:

If I had sold the part I would had posted it .. I thought by now you would realise I dont have a brain so the stearing shaft up my ass wouldnt cause any damage just a need to shit !!! Diplomacy is for politions and the last I checked you werent one. If your intention was to help him dont you think a PM to him would have achieved the same effect without it seaming to be underhanded... Mmmm makes you think doesnt it?
Ek is klaar om moie te speel met die bloedpoes' op die site! Not saying that you are one but it the hat fits...

But Bushpig Ill acept your humble apology... Bygones...

A PM would have been underhanded and if my intent was to steal your sale I would have done so and none would have been the wiser.

Thanks for the PM.

Vader- Just a thought? Perhaps if you answered my questions one could assume that you want to make a sale. I might not be as "mechanically" minded as yourself but good manners suggest at least making an attempt to answer. Perhaps Ron can explain it to me better?

No, ask me one on Science or History...

Oh, sorry, you mean about the dropped front suspension? I thought you wanted me to explain why Vader got all unhinged. Dude, speak to HR on dropped front suspensions. He can provide boekdele. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that he's been there, done it and suffered the consequences.

The suspention I have for sale is a std one. I dropped my other one (In TF) by stripping the H-beams marking ref marks on both beams in incriments of 5mm. Scribed a line through the middle of the lock nut holes and then lines above and below this line in 5mm incriments. Then clamped the beam in a vice and cut the top beam on either side of the locking nut a section of approx 75mm. Once cut, rotated the section down to the first 5mm mark as I wanted a conservitive drop & tack welded it in place.Make sure that you have it level and then weld it in place (weld short strip as this will stop the beam from deforming). Repeat the process with the bottom beam and then reassemble the suspension. This should give you a drop of approx 30mm.

Now that I answered your question (10 days ago) could I assume that you would buy the part? Hell NO! Asumptions is the Mother of all :jerkoff: ..I might not be schooled in the ways of good manners, as you clearly are, but I've never come to your house, took a dump on your carpet, shagged your seatcover and wiped off on the curtains and then left never to return again. Stand still and alow me to remove that log you have in your eye, then lets talk about the speck in mine.
I have explained the process of the cut and weld a few times on the forum but you as a Noob are all eager to chop and mod, but to dame lazy to spend some time exploring the forums many how to threads and increase your knowledge. :retards:
I am who I am and if you have a problem with it boohoohoo cause I aint about to change anytime soon.

Its really no paint off my helmit.

May the Force be strong with you, cause f#ckall else is... :finger4u:
