i have no idea what this is or where it's from or what it was used for.....but it does look like it could have been the predecessor of the beach buggy ??

I've always regarded the Schwimmwagen as the original buggy concept, but I think that thing pre-dates it

I thought at first the wheels were from a Ford Poplar, but they are different

I notice the rims but 4 stud. Iam not so clued up on the models in the very early years. This is interesting

Still think, that looking at the wheels, that there invention is a British thing.
Has an Air cooled, but not so sure it is a VW aircooled, think it is more an BMW or Russian air cooled.
Come to think of it, it may be Russian in total, as they copied the English Wheel design.
