I agree, otherwise it can sit for another 10 yearsPine wrote:Just a suggestion - fix it 'on the go'. Do one thing at a time - remove, repair/replace, re-install - drive!
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

I don't think that is such a good idea in this trigger-happy country of ours...64 Notchback wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2017 12:02 pmAnyone know where I can get hold of a NON working machine gun that I can mount on top of the bars of the Rail?.
There are strict laws against the public display of weapons in SA, even if they are non-working or replicas. Search for 'Mike's Models' on FB - Mike makes resin replicas of all types of weapons, you can also contact him at 072 222 6789 or look at his web site www.sadfi.org/. He should give you the correct information.

Re: It's a Sand Rail?????? My new toy
Over the past month I have been cleaning out my garage and general cleanup around the house and found some stuff to cote the rail. It is called Belzona we sell it at work. This particular product is used to create a non slip area but I did not use the grit.
I decided to cote the inside of the rail with it, only thing is you only have about an hour to work with the stuff as you mix it with a solidifier. It think it will also help protect from rust
