T2 4x4

Post by AlanH »

Hi Guys,

Anyone heard of a 4x4 T2 yet?

Well VW did build one or two prototypes but unfortunately they never got to production.
Also, there is a guy in Germany that did his own conversion with a lot of input from the engineer that worked on the original VW prototype.

Here a link. I'm sure if you google there will be a lot more info.

I love that stance of the 4x4. :hangloose:

Thanks Dawie for bringing that thread up again.
That must be the ultimate bus. Pity VW did't perfect/produce it on the Bays.
