Colour of heater boxes and intake manifold
Please help with the correct colour for a 1971 1302s beetle heater boxes and intake manifold . Also where can one find high heat aerosol paint in the correct colour for the heater boxes. Thanks in advance.

Re: Colour of heater boxes and intake manifold
I know them as being light grey.
The best procedure for many years of protection will be ceramic coating, but it is very expensive.
Heat resistance paints won’t last. Powder coating neither, maybe ok for intake manifold, but not exhaust.
