Window lifter mechanism
Due to the nature of the modifications on my project, I am in need of a bay window mechanism for my beetle project. This an option for me to get the single piece window to lift in two places. If you have two of these please let me know and cost.
I love car parts, I love money...one of these takes money the other brings happiness...

Re: Window lifter mechanism
Have a look here, it would seam as this is a two point lift for the full window beetle.
You will have to phone and confirm, but looking at it it lifts from both sides....

If so you can just weld two flat plates on to your old glass lift bracket and mount these bolt on brackets.

Hi, I tried this, it just would not work in my door, almost nothing matched in terms of fitment, meaning I would have to butcher the door considerably. So they kindly took them back and I am now stuck, asking for help from the more experienced...

Hi, did you find a reliable source for your Bettle? I'm also in need of a spare shop for my Jetta
