Hi all, can anybody confirm if a 411 (double light) cluster will fit a 412 ( double light body)

No. Maybe with lots of modification, (cutting, grinding, welding), and it will look weird.
The 412 have different front body panel shapes.
Shape of bonnet and most other front panels were changed to accept those lights.

The first year single oval shape headlight should interchange with second-year onwards 411 double headlights.
