Hello,
We are travelling with a South African kombi 1971 campervan and now in Maun, Botswana.
We did this yeaar already 10.000 km.
The wheel bearing rear left is making noise and there is play on it.
We move slowly to Windhoek.
Can I get these bearings there and is there a workshop who knows this cars?
Thanks for helping,
Arend

The bearings are standard bearings and should be available from any bearing supplier or good spares shop.
If there is play that you can see, I would highly suggest that you check the large castle nut holding the whole lot together. It might be coming loose.
You tighten the nut up extremely tightly, minimum of 250Nm.
some decent info and pics
