Bay Bus rear disk brake conversion

Not planning on doing it myself, but an interesting thread on converting the rear disks of a Merc 190E for use on a Bay. Of course both have the same PCD. The Merc 190E is not that common in SA, but the W124 shape and parts are all over:

I am definitely going to investigate this a bit more. !@#$%^ drum brakes really are a pain.
