Rod bolts

Post by Blitzkrieg »

A while ago, Bugger posted this
all I did was to fit the non stretch rod bolts from the Golf
This was on a WBX engine, the full post is here  http://www.aircooledvwsa.co.za/viewtopi ... olf#p63776

1. What I would like to know is if those same Golf bolts would work on a Type 4 rod?
2. Off which Golf engine are these bolts from??

Thanks,

Blitz

So maybe I should take the Type 4 rod bolts to the spares counter and ask for Golf ones that look exactly the same

Thanks for the info Bugger
