Pine - I could help you out with one, it's from a Fasty but is dented and the clips are missing. Will get it for you when I strip that Fastback for parts.
AFAIK, the FB/NB and SB all have different covers but I could be wrong...

Old ones
Taken off,and cleaned.Bought new screws and bulbs
Rear lenses fitted,and it looks like new again.

Next was the front indicator lenses
Also got new globes after it was properly cleaned
