67 Beetle price ?
67 Beetle price ?
I can buy a 67 Beetle that is still original. The paint is ok, it has a small dent on one of the fenders, a little rust around the front and rear windows, the interior is still nice and the motor sounds good. The person wants R17000 for it. Is this price right or not? I have no idea what these cars go for. If this price is right what will the price be for one in showroom condition?

The difference will show if you have to replace the disks or the front shock as they are sooooo much more expensive than the std. beetle. I would pay R17000 only if it was 100% clean, no work needed otherwise walk away, too much, that is my personal view.

Nissan 1400 rear shocks fit with minor mods But are far to stiff in std form find a set of nicely worn ones and they will be great.
A tip for normal beetles always put new shocks on the rear and the old rear ones on the front it works really well
