Re: Wich VW do you have?
1973 VW type 113. Exterior is stock, stock rims and tires,no popped open deck lid, stock trim. The headlites are H4 halogen. The interior is pretty much simple with a Luisi, 15 inch steering wheel, 8000 rpm tach, C.D. player, black sheepskin front seatcovers. Under the deck lid lives my 1955cc engine with a 76mm chromoly crank, chromoly rods, Engle
130 cam, full flow oil pump/spin on filter combo, 044 heads with 40mm intakes and 35.5mm exhaust, mild porting to
unshroud the valves, 09 distributor with a Petronix electronic ignition setup, Petrol King fuel pressure regulator, feeding a single Weber 40 IDF, and 1 7/8 inch header with a single Q.P. muffler.
If I might say at this time, my wife actually allows me to drive on occasion, and allows me as much time as is necessary to
do whatever maintenance that may be needed. She thinks she's quite generous that way. I think there ought to be somekind of law. I haven't checked the local laws relating to spousel abuse yet, but maybe, just maybe...

Karmakoma,
As soon as I can get my grand daughter to come show me how to send pictures, I'll get a few shots and send them. I'm pretty new at this computer stuff and need all the help I can get.
