Hi Peter,
Welcome! Do a search for chuckleberry and I'm sure you'll find a reason not to use him.

Welcome Elvis.
That would be palm green over sand green, the best colour combo ever seen on a VW bus!

Re: New Members - Introduce yourself..
Hi, my name is Danie and I stay in Centurion South-Africa.
I joined about a month ago and humbly seek your apology for failing to introduce myself. I own a 1968 Beetle 1500 which I bought 5 years ago in Bloemfontein in the Free State. Being only the second owner of this very original 1500 with 48397 miles on the clock made me very proud and I kept it in this state and added TLC in abundance. I decided 3 months ago to have it resprayed as the battle scars of 40 years started to look unsightly and small rust marks started appearing where on some of the scratches on the mudguards. It is now sprayed the exact same color it came out of the factory and looks beautifull. i love the attention this little car gets in the parking areas of supermarkets or Malls.
Keep up the good work, see you at the forums.
