Pine, that's what all the girls tell Bugger! (BTW is that a pic of your new and improved model Hubbly Bubbly?  )

Aaaaaanyway, getting back to our regular programming on our FAMILY channel..... :D

Thanks for all the input on the sound system guys. I like the idea of the splits and a 10" sub very much. The comment about having to fit an equaliser has made me think again about the head unit. If possible, I 'd like to have a system without it, but I think I'll install the speakers and amps and then test it with and without a headunit.
Does anyone have one of the Nuvi range GPS units? Can the mp3 player work while the gps is working? I was wondering if that wouldn't be a way to kill 2 birds with one stone. Use the Nuvi for navigation and mp3 player, instead of having 2 separate units. I know the Nuvi 710 has an audio out jack and has an mp3 player. Just a thought that popped into my head.

And out comes the instrument mechanic!! :D

The front beam is looking really good. Time to go and drink all Buggers' beers again and perv around.

No B, not like that, I was talking about the front beam. :D

John we can drink anything but that hunters extreme he likes. I couldn't walk without pain for 2 days after that. I know he had some Chivas somewhere.

As for perving over my beam, I don't think the seatcover would agree to that. :D

MP3 files can be browsed by title (All), Album, Artist, or Genre.

You can also create a new playlist by tapping Playlist > Create New Playlist, and selecting the songs you want added to the new playlist.

Within the browse view, you can tap on a song to select just that song, or tap Play All to play all songs.

When listening to music or an audio book while navigating, a shortcut to the Media Player is placed in the lower right portion of the map screen, as shown above.

When listening to Audible purchased audiobooks, the media player supports bookmarks

My Nuvi 200 (bottomoftherange) does not have an MP3 facility, but I sometimes put the voice prompts on Spanish and imagine myself it is Shakira speaking to me :flash:

But can you connect the Garmin to an amp? And yet again, you not going to get optimum frequency response with just a garmin and an amp. Your mid and lower range would suck. And may even burn out your coils on the woofer, while "shakira" tells you to turn left by the right entering your last exit at the first traffic circle in the towns square.....
