Dutch............I would gladly help anywhere i can, have had experience with Worcester Wiele Fees when i was one of the Beach Buggy members and love organising this kind of thing. I can help with anything you need whether it be a stalletjie of jewellery that i make myself or if you just need hands in organising cars to be parked or signage, etc. I sadly cannot bring a car though only the Toyota for now.......

Thanks to everyone who has responded...I'm going to work on the details and then advertising. Need to work out the best Saturday to do!

I need more people / cars.....anyone know of others willing to have a day out....?

You need to pick a date, mate, and then we can all spread the word. Once I know when, I'll chat up DaveR, he'll probably come through with two or three buggies, and Gill can speak to Jean of the bus crowd, and then there's Neil, and you can see how it accumulates.

But first things first, you have a cause, now you need date, time, venue, meeting place.

Might be the kind of thing that would make a nice regular event.
Are they still doing breakfasts there? (Because I think that was the restaurant at the old venue organising that)
Could make for a nice once-a-month breakfast run, with the cars there to help attract more public interest while you're eating.....

So it's up to us....I have been looking at getting some signage made (http://www.expandasign.co.za ) and then we can do what we like. I can do 3rd or 10th May - What do the others think?

3rd of May I can't be there and I think the metal meet's on, isn't it? My preference is the 10th, then I can come through, as things are at the moment.

Ok...sorry the Saturday is the 9th May. I thought Barry's do was this Friday 1st May as it's a public holiday?

I will call the lady tomorrow to mention that we could do 9th and we will see how many cars we can find....anyone know how we could advertise this at very short notice or should we just make up a few signs and put on the road a few days early?
