i get most of my stuff from him. did the paint job myself with heat resistant paint. did not want to put too much bling on it as fire wall is stinless as well. then bought the bling from dave . motor is standard 1600 for now. will b puttn on a kit dave makes up for the twin port. not the two bad ass carbs with the cool link rods. maybe later.Edmond wrote:Did Dave Rowley do your motor its an absolute work of art any specs on it
i take it u like redkarmakoma wrote:Motor, Paint, all looks GREAT. Did I mention I love the colour ?!
good note, the answer is no. i wondered how long u buggy nuts would take to pick up on the buggy in the background. dave was building it for a customer of his. apparently with a VISHAAS motor.Ron&Gill wrote:I have been meaning to ask, does the choice of red have anything to do with the red beach buggy body standing by it?
nice, havnt been there in a while. once i sort out my wheels (narrow and wides beetle rims with hubcaps) from the powder coaters ill start on the suspension from dave. the budget raging in the negetives is not helpingRon&Gill wrote:Oooo is that Dave's place. That buggies looking good now, was there last week to drop the Ghia so Dave can put in the "vishiaas mota"... 2.4 turbo...
