Hmm, I installed some good looking no-name-brand seats into my buggy, and also - What a mission!!
But for the Ghia, I was looking for sporty seats, but that can fold forwards for access to the rear seat where only an anorexic midget would fit , but you never know, maybe one day an anorexic midget will come along, so when the Porsche seats became available, I snaffled them. They are cool seats, but they weigh, like, ...er... lots... so I thought I'd put a turbo motor in to make up for the increased weight.

Awesome tony, but do those seats move back nd foward? can people get into the rear? do your doors touch the seats?

It is GTI 4 seats and they do move forw and back , but they are not reclynable , it has a knob that you turn for the backrest.

That skottel, yes, I agree. I sommer got hungry looking at that... , but before anyone can call this a hijack, nice seats... but they don't fold forwards either...

Blitz,
remember, the seat can piviot on the front rail, i have non reclinable seats in my car that pivot forward, i cant see a problem, up to you of course, then again fix the drivers side and recline(pivot) the passenger side !!!!
