John is fine, working his ass off building some chemical plant of which I may not know the process.......now THAT makes sense, especially if you must do the control and instrumentation!
It's the Hoffe that comes out after dark that f@ck up everything.

PAM - Polyacrylamite - Take Acrylonitrile, Acrylamite, chuck in some Acrylic Acid, Caustic Acid and 5 other additives I know nothing of, ferment the lot and add bugz you grew in the sterile lab while feeding them ACN. Dry the mix and granulate it.
These guys are so secretive about the Fermentor that they only allowed construction in that area at night, behind tarpaulins of course.
In the mean time avoid geting the ACN leaking anywhere since 10 - 80 parts per million will end your career abruptly...what fun I will have this Christmas.
At least I'm staying on the river and I got a boat to entertain myself with after work.....
