Posted once, couriered to your door once, offered a refund on several occasions...I really don't know anymore.

Blitz, as you said yourself the post office returned it to you because you put an incorrect post code.
Couriered to my door? WHEN? My addy I gave you is my work addy and there is someone at the reception from 08h00-21h00. Never was there anyone who came to drop stuff off for me. We deal with multiple courier companies, and anything which is not clearly labelled ends up on my desk, so please do not pull the courier story on me. Please give me the date and time the courier company came to our door. They should have logged that, and I believe it would be easy for you to get those facts as it was an 'internal' courier company you were going to use.

I can pm you my postal addy once again (shouldn't be difficult to post the dvds as you most probably have the package which both the post office and courier company brought back to you, right?).

Like I said, ends up going in circles....story changes, I have all the proof from both post office and courier company, to prove that it was delivered. Don't want to believe me? Tough luck.
