You buy the IRS conversion clips from Volkspares (EMPI), weld them to the rear cross beam and bolt all the Bay stuff onto the rear.

The front beam was done using Split adjustable H-beam, modded Bay trailing arms and then all Bay spares. Smoother ride, better disc brakes, straight bolt-on to the 112 PCD wheels. It also narrows the beam by abut 70mm (?) if I remember correctly.
