But some of the ads are funny too - why on earth do so many say "No chancers" as if the chancers would actually obey that

SOme of them are $%^& funny! Toyota RunX rsi Lotus edition imported from australia(with a whole 90 something kW) was the funniest i have seen in a while. but there are others. They are either a Con or idiots that fell for a con at some point.
From fastest to slowest:
