Where did you get the trekker? Did you import it? I thought you couldn't get them here in S.A. Looking forward to developments.
I may ask you for closer photos and dimensions for my own future project

No Problem Dave....just busy with a bus restoration at the moment ...so this project has to wait a bit....
where in SA are you based ? maybe if you near PE you welcome to come and help !
