Mine is going back to my aircooled mechanic for a full new clutch as her thrust bearing is whining but other than that she runs pretty well and is neat for her age...

Re: Squarback newbie's Square
Started on car 2 weeks ago, lots done and lots to do
. Started on chassis as well but will only complete that next year with new suspension parts. Need to get car ready for feb, so doing body work, will drive with holy pan and transfer body etc when other pan is done. Paint and filler does cover lots of the rubbish

Hey Mr T thanks for the kind words, i dont think it will ever be as stunning as yurs ( i check your posts out for inspiration) but yeah most of the metal work (bar the drivers door that ill eventually replace) has been done. Allparts have been primered, just 2 needs to be flattered(is that how u spell it lolo ) then last layer of primer, then colour. hopefullly that will be done this w/e, ill post more picsMrT wrote:Nice progress, keep the pics coming!Squareback newbie wrote:Some more pics, door being repaired...Bonnert stripped and light layer of filler... was not yet sanded when pic was taken...
