The end result is that no fuel pressure regulator is needed.

The system works as follows:
The original carburetor fuel pump is plumbed directly into the high pressure pump
The high pressure pump is connected directly to the fuel injector with a T-piece that is connected to a electronic fuel pressure sender unit. This data is then sent to the ecu and the ecu will then control the fuel pump speed in order to control the pressure. Also, I'm doing away with the distributor modification... I'm in the process of designing a bolt on crank wheel setup from which the ecu will read the RPM.
Basically in the kit you will get:
Spitronics ecu
1x e23 harness
1x e24 harness
1x map sensor
1x fuel pump with bracket
1x fuel pressure sensor
1x throttle body with injector and fuel connector
Fuel lines
1x Trigger wheel and sensor
So far the pricing will work out in the region of R6300.00 for the whole kit
