Jurgen might be interested in the front panel, he used to have a white bus with crash damage that he was going to repair. Can someone check if he want or even if he has the bus still?

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

Hey Frank, met you while doing your beetle & bus at Jeurgen. Anyway I bought the bus for parts but the shell was in good nic except for the front damage and I also had the intension to restore it. Still have it but need to pass it on. Jeurgen had stripped it but is still a rolling chassis.
Good to see you back in the forum loop.
Bruce.

now... Me personally ...i would rather see a bus like this stay intact and exported than chopped up and some parts sold ....some not ....and just become another pile of scrap-metal. !
so as much as i would love to see all our buses stay here... i would hate to see this chopped up because the guy who bought it cant afford to restore it.
my 2C
surely it's worth 16 or 18 k or close to that ??? and it will eventually be like it is with the splitties ....when you want a bus , there aren't any left ! then it's too late to cry !~
can someone please relieve this oke of his kak idea to chop it up and buy the bus for 16k ???
rant over.

it's his property, he can do what he wants with it... no point in people getting emotional about the fact that it's getting chopped....
If it's too low, you're too old

I find this whole thing to as wholesome as a cup of warm piss

All the "dont destroy it " volksiephiles pleading / suggesting / demanding that he sell it as a complete bus , and the owner driving hot knives thru their hearts on a daily basis, torturing them with visions of many hungry vw cannabal's ripping the poor thing to pieces.

Blits, as usual is right ! - with the loving touch of a medival headsman, he reminds us all that the owner can do what he likes with it .

So

Has it been sold ?
Has anybody seen it , and even assesed it?
is there any reason that it hasnt sold already?
IS THERE ANY REASON THAT MAYBE EVEN A FEW INTERESTED PARTIES CANT POOL A FEW BUCKS AND JUST BUY THE THING?
Please !
