Also, on Sunday I went through to Pretoria West to see the 'omie'. The car is still on his name and the guy I bought it from never put it on his name. There has actually been 2x owners after the 'omie'. He already renewed my disc but cannot find the cars papers, so he will have to have them re printed. So I wait.

Well, the 'omie' has a gold mine. I was blown away by the amount of cars and parts he has. He says he spent over R25k a year on licensing fees and that he had more than double the amount of cars he has now. He has been collecting over 40 years.

I didnt even take pics of everything he had there. There was a Mustang too, 2x Jags, a hearse etc. You get the idea.

Hi would that peach coloured notch have a strange vent in the decklid by any chance I built a peach coloured one way back and some bits does look familiar.

Jee it absolutely breaks my heart to see a Fintail Merc in that condition.

My Vrou would absolutely love one of those 412s she reckons its a very cool looking car.
