Hard work, that's all. I just get down and do it, and its only evenings and some weekends. I don't touch projects during the day time.
Spare parts is also a major factor, I carry stock of all possible spares to rebuild a bus mechanically, so I never have to wait. If I find spares at a good price, I buy at least 5 sets. I'm paranoid they will become obsolete in the near future. Andreno motors is also very quick at sending me engines and gearboxes.
