@Haans, hopefully these images will be useful...

The rubber pieces fit over the top of the b-pillar, and slide into the end of the aluminium channel around the 1/4 window.

Thanks boet,...both the B post have the top lip broken off. The "rubber" pieces that fit over is awol!,......now at least I know its rubbery!
Will have to consider ordering.
Will strip the section off the post and see if it can be welded
