well, my friend just down the road has got disk brakes on his 1303. But it is not standard. They were retro fit from a 1303S. So they do exist. TUV approved means nothing here. NOTHING that is aftermarket fitted qualifies for "Non-homolugated" (trust me THAT is a real bitch).
411 disc will fit straight onto 1303 spindles as would golf and opel rear discs so the linkpin type kit available in SA is not needed. I would go for the 411 stuff as the disc is much bigger.Use Golf calipers with a custom made mount

IMPI, this is good news. I am not sure how easily 411 disks would be available here, but I will have a look-out. Can you confirm which Opel(Vauxhaul in the UK) and/or Golf rear disks?

That CSP kit is NICE, but I am not sure I agree with the price.... :? And to get it imported from the US, with my luck, I will be taxed to death by import taxes......

Forgot you were in france.
Regular beetle discs also fit
the golfs and opels 4 wheel bolt models all share the same bearing sizes and some older Audis too.
