from delling to charge cooling and one muther of a turbo
Ye start with the top pipe even a bont and nut combo for first and a reservoir bottle up front

11.1 secs is no joke!!!
ours is a stock rotary, well as stock as it could be from japan. i think someone over there fiddled with it before it came here, because it looked brand new when i removed the sump!!!
and it has a genuine Greddy BOV plumbed into the boost pipe!!!
other than that its stock, so you say i could avoid overheating problems???
someone said remove the waterlines that run through the turbo - but that sounds dodgy???

tHE WATER PIPES ARE THERE FOR A REASON SOME TURBOS ARE MADE aIRCOOLED NO WATER PORTS AND THERE FOR NO WATER THROUGH THEM
gIVE ME A CALL AND WE CAN HOOK UP NEXT WEEK SOME TIME AND CHECK IT OUT
bUT NOW i AM OFF TO THE vAAL AT bONNY`S PLACE FOR THE bug cAMPING WEEKEND
aND yES YOUR OVER HEATING PROBLEMS CAN BE SORTED
oooo jUST FOR THE RECORD THAT 11.1 CAME FROM A AIRCOOLED vw AND NOT FROM MY rx YET
bUT IT WILL WILL BE BETTER TILL THE aIR COOLED t4 IS RUNNING AGAIN

Bugger, do you know where I can get hold of a 13B adapter plate for a bug gearbox?
I was planning on machining my own but I'm starting a new job soon and they're going to pay me a fair bit so I'm not worried about penny pinching anymore.
I'd like some more details of your conversions such as what oil coolers you used and where you mounted them but I don't want to hijack this thread too badly - I'll ask when I get there.
