you might be able to find them at places that do aircon systems, often used in boats or yachts

By the time you have prepared the plug for moulding (and hopefully releasing :wink: ) you could have hammered out 10 of these from ally.

Hey Barry,

Wouldnt it be easier to form on your English wheel? I would think so. The other (maybe easier option for BB), is to make the make the plug with Supawood, and them make the male with Fibreglass.

I think that it is an oil tank for his dry-sumped 911 engine 8)
