Guys
It’s a week later and I can breath again ,still coughing my lungs out and no voice yet but on the run .
Thank you for the nice words its really appreciated.
In a way I was blessed with a lot of pressure at work and me being sick as a dog to keep my mind busy and away from my loss.
Its now regrouping and start fresh, its not the money lost that bothers me but the emotional investment that I made---in vain--
I really got a big fright with the speed and violent way fibre glass burns and dont know if I want to invest in a fibre glass car again. So maybe I should move on to my other interest ---metal work/shaping—with the 2 T3 squareback rust buckets I bough for spares for the Covin .
But for now its only fixing fences water pipes and spending all pocket money on feed for the cattle so other interests will have to wait.
O and it was arson all the signs are there but the Police are not interested as it implicate the wrong ethnic grouping.
Cheers

Hey Baron
Fire doesn't do metal too much good either.....
But if it is shaping metal that you are interested in, I'd be happy to help any way I can. I plan on holding another Metalmeet over mayday long weekend again next year - be great if you could make it!
Glad to hear that you are dealing with things OK (as well as can be expected anyway)

My Goodness
How quickly can you forget your sorrows. Thanks I will phone him today but money is a bit tight now . Igot a couple of animals that live on take aways right now which take up all my pocket money--not even money for a :drunks: .
I know of one in Alberton as well but not to my liking 930 kit on a narrow body so the front fenders have large openings in front of the doors kind of like a race car build with air outlets for the brake heat
cheers

I bleed with you my brother.

I lost my bug to fire dec 2004. Fibre glass burns like hell. Suppose the flamable resin and air bubbles in the mould cause it.
