Zeee pile of old junk certainly harbours many delights. Amazing how many pre 60's parts i have come across in that lot.
Congratulations on getting your Ghia back on the road. It certainly is a lovely car and will be a show stopper in time to come.

Installed the left hand side mirror tonight. Measure twice, and three times more to be sure and drill once. Drilling holes into a restored car is quite something.

Pine, just for you. It was a "Vrystaat karretjie" so I thought the badge might be fitting.

Talking about the vents. I opened the vents at about 60mph and I was blown away with sandblasting sand blowing through the vents

They must have lying in the vent channels.

i was talking about the mesh behind the grill bars.
i think painting the mesh black will make the grill bars stand out even more. will be cleaner too.
