i think it has a larger diameter piston so displaces more fluid....therefore better braking with less effort...... i think? maybe im wrong.

Kombi MC pushes more volume of fluid needed for the rear callipers, other wise it's a real bummer to get it to work.

On my bug I'm using a 17mm (I think) master cylinder. It is a stock beetle one.
Braking is great

Pedal feel is also good.

Louis you must have a 19mm MC as a 17mm MC strugles even with a stock setup, maybe I'm wrong
I'm not 100% sure. But I remember using the 17mm on my red car. If you use a 19mm you will def be ok. Except if the calipers are 4 pot brembos or something like that.
