Never too late to get a decent Bug at a good price.
I know but unfortunately I am not at a good place in my life for one, maybe in a few years time
Or you could get a crappy bug at a cheap cheap price or just a real rat bug.... Feathers do not a bird make... and bugs are more go than show....
Enjoy the site guys and welcome..
My the force be with you..
Rat bug with Durban's salty air will disappear before my eyes dude!
Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hi my name is Greg , i live in London for my sins but come from Capetown in a former life . I used to own a 67 beetle , a 72 van which I fitted out as a camper and I built a beach buggy . We always seemed to have some sort of vw when we were kids , including numerous kombi`s , beetles and a varient .
Sadly I dont have one now but am looking .
I plan to come to Capetown on Holiday in Feb 2009 and am looking to hire a camper . I was going to use Crazycombis.co.za but they arent operating at the moment sadly . I have had a look at lekker campers but they want a fortune .Can anybody help , I am looking to hire a camper for a week to travel to Plett and then work my way back to capetown . I am prepared to pay cash for the hire and insurance as well as the excess like i would if it was a company hire .

Welcome Mor_Dim and all the other new ones! Can't help you with a camper, but hopefully someone else can. February '09 is also when the 'Great George Challenge' will happen, more details under 'Events'

Welcome Lindsay! There was a 1968 notch in the Junkmail 2 weeks ago for R25000. Apparently only 60000km. pm me for the details if you're interested. I did not see it in last week's JM, but naybe it is still available.
