Sorry, I should've been clear about this in the first place. But have just realised something and found the 'problem'.
Clarification:
I normally dont see ANY banners. Wether it is randomised or not. No banner. Nadda. Rien. Boggeroll.
'Problem':
I use AdBlock Plus plugin for Firefox(also No Script) for all those nasty websites out there. So when I disable AdBlock, the banner appears. Should've remembered that

Archie has been kidneapped and is being held to ransom!!!
I emptied my post box this morning and there was a parcel slip saying I had to pay an excise duty of R25! What a cheek! You can buy Archie's siblings in the shops here for R20. Archie has been returned to Customs with a request that they review their ransom. This may take a week or more.
I hope I can get Archie released before the trip we planned for him on the long weekend!

I finally had a chance to go back to the post office today, this time with cash in pocket. Of course, the parasites at customs had not reduced their ransom demand. Ransom paid and Archie is free again!
Pity he missed our road trip last week and the AC heritage event, but we're planning some other exciting stuff for him.

You interested in a 3-month stint in Afghanistan? Jan-Mar 2011. I'll take you lots of interesting places, take loads of pics with big brawny army vehicles, and I'll bring you back safely. We'll show the world that you are not afraid of the Taliban! Let me know if you're interested, I leave SA on Sunday 2 January 2011 from OR Tambo.

Archie's been lying low of late, since he missed our road trip at the end of September. He has been having fun with his own, on display with my ACVW model collection.
He will be joining the Kaapse Kombi Kult on our December camp-out, after which he will move on to TonyZ.
He has been keeping up with his diary, and you'd be surprised what he's been getting up to with my model collection (mostly showing off about his travels). I'll help him post his diary stories after the December event.
