i must say, while i was doin my yellow beetle, i swore never again. but everytime i go thru this thread
it makes me more and more keen to do my purple monster. problem is....there is a helluva lot more
work involved. and once u start...u gotta stay comitted. so its a bit of a gamble.
if i did, id need 2 doors and a bonnet. wot sorta price am i looking at. oh, and the worse part is....
...the door posts are f@#ked. am i wasting my time? maybe throw the body away and make a bug?
anyway....love the car!!!!!

the yellow Bug looks amazing for what skills you have used and money spent... and im sure any other project you endeavour to do will be a great success dude
66 may i ask how often or when you work on your bug?? Obviously at your Uncle's work shop..?? Do you work night and day or is there hope for people that work on our projects when time and money permitts??

They as the original ones removed the over riders and sent them for chroming
