I have started on the Mini-T. What a mission. For starters, the pan's, well, not too back, pretty rotten in the places I don't need, so out with the angle grinder, and off with the rot. Then the pedals, gear-shift and hand brake are in the wrong position for a Mini-T, so the whole tunnel's been cut out. I now intend to slice it up into sections, re-arrange those three items, weld it all back together again and weld the tunnel back into position. Lemme check how to upload pics again...
