By jetting issues, do you suggest going slightly bigger on the idle jet. I have a 55 idle at the mo.

55 might be too small, but I think your whole combo is out.
Remember, every engine needs a different set of jets to be optimal.
Start another thread for the jetting, this hasnt got anything to do with vac leak testing
