I done a wedding today in Milly in a place called Cowbridge, I saw neither a cow or a bridge, anyway its a lovely place. The bride & groom had a 1994 Land Rover, I transported the 3 bridesmaids & the brides parents had a 1959 Beetle cab:-

Displayed Milly in a local show on Sunday Festival of Transport held every year in Swansea:-

Carried on with the trailer today, only 8 days till holidays:-

Got a new sticker for the back window:-


Got my new T-strip edging:-


Tried my Westy awning for fit, worked out how it all went together, then realised I'd put it too far up the bus, then I realised that one of the pole pieces is missing so I'll have to make one out of an old tent pole, its not a crucial one, just one that holds the door flap up. While I had it up, I've colour taped all the matching poles so next time I can put it together much easier:-





I've had no work on today so cracked on with the trailer, all the prepping & filler is done, so I've lumped on loads of 2K High build primer.
Tomorrow I'll give it a scratch coat & flat it all down with 600, then I'll High build it again & repeat the process. Once I'm happy I'll put the top colour on, I'm pleased the primer is Beige as it looks almost finished now. There are loads of runs etc, but this is no problem & I'll take it easy with the next coat:-

Did a lot more on the trailer today, my helper has let me down so my brother stepped in & helped me, I bought him a breakfast & fair play he helped me from 10AM till 6PM, By !0PM the priming is finished, just needs the top coat now:-

Got the pop out seals on, the front door handle, the boot latch, the No. plate, the wings & beading, the bumpers & grommets the back light bases & painted, not much left now & only 4 days to go before we head to EBI4:-

Started fitting my T-strip this morning, not as easy as it looks you've got to give it a real thump for it to go flush:-

Did another wedding today in Milly, took the groom & best man to the church, then the ushers & their girlfriends back to the hotel, they were a nice bunch & we had a good laugh:-
