The bus has a couple of niggley faults, one of them is that the battery doesn't charge when hooked up to mains voltage, the other is that the Propex wont work so I thought I'd sort them.:-

When I got up on Sunday morning at Vanfest I found I had a flat tyre, I pumped it up & all was OK, when I looked at it again yesterday it was flat again so I decided to have it fixed:-

Its been on the back of my mind for ages now. My leisure battery has been sitting on the tray loose. Although it doesn't move about much because of the battery mat & it is a sealed gel battery but there is always a risk of it falling over & shorting in an accident.
I had a top man on http://www.thelatebay.com make me a set of brackets to secure my battery.
I had this clamp powder coated, I used the one on the right:-
As was eager to get it done I decided to take it today to my local welding shop.
I explained to them what I wanted, showed them where to fit the brackets & left them to it.

I've now pulled the battery out & cleaned off all the over spray.
what can I do about the wrecked sticker?
They hadn't let the paint dry when they stuck the battery mat back down so it's now ruined:-
