I think you can put grease in, but I am not sure. Dont quote me on it.

Do not put grease in, as it will get hard, not cover moving parts, and destroy the box.
IF your box is OK, fill with SAE 90,
IF box is "Dodgie" fill with "Wins" or Bardel, something thick, then it will take up the play, and drive like a new box.

YAA!, you gest froose it in, till it does not gooos in anymeer.

Test your old oil 1st, if dirty, try and get as much out as possible, then fill to top.
If it will drain, let it all drain out, and refill.

Bollocks, sorry Buggyfan , but bollocks. You do not need 100kg of shit in the front. A beach buggy is perfectly stable, at high speeds even, when set up correctly. Steering dampener in good working order, K&L pins good, alignment good, shock new, and tyre pressures correct, i.e. 0.5 bar in front and 0.8 bar at the back.

I have driven my buggy at speeds well over 160km/h on many long trips (>2000km at a time) and my buggy is stable. Adding 100kg for no good reason just slows your buggy's acceleration, increases fuel consumption and lengthens braking distance.

BF, funny thing is there not many on the open road hey. Stax of Chatsworth & lsipingo guys use them as "fishing cabs", so by the sand one checks them out. Driving up the N3 between Pmb and Alberton, l'd be fortunate to see an acvw on the road. A few British classics in English Midlands, but that's about that.

R&G, do l have to lower the front to get the desired effect drive or replacing/adjusting what you highlighted would suffice?
