Sover is my koste om en by 170000
as jy in stadiums wil bou : die vloer en fondasie was om en by R20000 (108m2)
Die pilare en sinkplate en die bou daarvan was R43000
A bit happened the last few days
The decking which is 18mm plywood was installed and I am impressed with the sturdyness of it I will be overlaying it with conveyor belting for even more strength

The view from the top

The small doors installed
I have always dreamed of having coloured glass in a place of my own
As red tinted glass is almost like hens teeth a friendly neighbour made up some leaded glas

The final result

The other glass is also in

Armand

You're going to have no issues with the 18mm plywood. My ramp was built out of it and faced about 3 years of abuse and when I tore it down, I still managed to use about 95% of it again as it was straight as a nail.
You might want to consider sealing it though......cheap R50 for a 5 litre and it'll last forever.
awesome project

Not much has happened except waiting for paint to dry.

Each of these tells a story
My Brazilian friend sent over a vintage plate for a Puma
Another one got upset because the 3 hole is taking too long
Another went looking for work in the us but returned empty handed
And the oldest one graced a 60 beetle whose owner taught me about Fiberglass

Light almost Gulf racing Blue

Thanks for all the great wishes on my Birthday much appreciated.
The floor was painted with ABe coat waterbased epoxy today and will recieve the final coat tommorow
Enjoy

Two coats looks like this

only the window frames remaining but the putty is still too wet my wife picked the outside colour to hope fully match the rest of the house which must now be painted

I also completed part of the drive into the garage

Nice to see the start of another VW museum, just like Gerhard's at Volksie Shop.
Well Done Armand.
