is the bay and the microbus syncro using the same ones?

What will be 100% help and easy for me is if you can get me the correct partnumber from Alfa for your car, then my seplyer can get teh correct one, we do not want to get the part and seply it to you to find out that it is the wrong one,

give me the year and the model of the VR6 aso the year and model of the bay and the Microbus Syncro and on the MB W202, also state if they are current solid or ventilated

hi there bugger, the cabrio is looking good. can you please tell me if and how you supported the pan. and is there any other things i need to know on doing a cabrio. i am also building one and thought i should ask you about it.

Yes there are some important places to support for strength
the inner corners of the door frames get triangulas shaped corners welded inn and some tubing the bottom of the chassis this gets done while the roof is still on then the bug gets supported so that when it is welded inn the chassis is supported by the rectangular tube and bacically the chassis gets also joined with the shell for extra support and the roll barr gets welded inn to the sides of the pannels and for Bernard I am going to fit the section between the front w/shield and the roll barr aswell not every one likes this look but it helps alot for rigidity
You can pop past and sqwizz at it I`m in JHB area :hangloose:

VR6 Exec 1995 Vented front, solid rear - yes on both very expensivefront takes DR6258 R470 Eac/ rear takes DR6254 R350 each excluding Post

Bay 1979 Solid front - takes DR6240 R460 each (hub and disk is one)

Syncro 1989 Solid front - takes DR6256 R410 each (you need to make sure if this is a hub disc or a loose disc)

MB C220 1995 Vented front, solid rear - take 2 diferent ones in the front Dr6891 R680 each or DR6811 R500 each/ rear is DR6890 R370 each

What condition is your old Discs that is on the cars?

suzie my dads name is stephen coetzee...when they were building that track i was like seven...always loved that beetle with the merc motor...that now stands there in pieces...
