But the red and white in that pic does look good. And you Bugger, white or the black ?
Mine wont be doing actual duty like your will so I like the white but for duty black will be easier to keep "clean"

Cool projects,,,just for interest sake,how many fire ''buses'' is there in sa/gauteng,i havnt seen any before,if theres not a lot its pretty cool,cause then youve got something diff.

I have heard of one up north but that was sold but also just rumors till I see one with my own eyes

came across these at a local 2nd hand dealer
im not sure what or were its from but its got a red light with a mirror on the back attached to a arm and this had a mounting plate for it to attach to the door light a mirror
then also an old ambulance horn that works
thort ud be interested

I already got 2 of those lights that fit on the roof that control from the inside from our own buggy expert MR Pine

ill go around to this chappie in this week.
the light arm gadgetdoes not look as if it would fit onto the roof but rather acts as a side mirror and warning light. ill see if i can get a better pic.

Eventually got the left front and center floor section cut out from a donor fot the feuer

Now I basically only need the cargo door side outer and inner rocker panels
I am just still waiting for the rainy weather to calm down before I will take the body for Sand blasting
So Progress is slow
I also got a Quote from a good friend for the Tyres I want to use on the feuer
Dunlop N 700-15 the hight is 762mm Will it fit ???
I have mesured my 15'tyres on the red and white splitty and the hight is 630mm

Farhaad have you managed to get any prices on these 2 Items PLS
Had a nice look at the red light with the mirror and it was fitted on some fire trucks in the front door
