What sad news it is to lost one of our community friends, I dont now each and every one on this forum but this forum is really great community and we all share mostly the same intrests and we all get alot of advice from each other.
Dubster we are going to mis you! Strongs for your family and friends!!

What a sad and tragic loss, my most sincere condolences and sympathies to his Family and Close Friends.

Lynette, his girlfriend contacted me with the following to put the stories straight:

Hai Eben,
Ek wil net se baie baie dankie vir al die ondersteuning wat ek van die 'site' ontvang. Ek het toevallig op acvwsa se site gegaan, en al die boodskappe gesien. Ek was ook baie dankbaar oor die herdenking wat hy ontvang het deur sy foto op te sit. Ek weet hy was verskriklik lief vir die site en was daagliks daarop.
Ek wil net asb vra dat j die REGTE weergawe oor Vrydagaand op die site sal plaas, ek sien daar is redelik uit proporsie uitgeblaas.
Daar was 5 mans wat by sy pa se erf ingestapmhet, waarvan een n vuurwapen gehad het. 1 van hulle het na die garage toe geloop, waar stephen (Dubster), sy pa en sy beste vriend aan my kar gewerk het, die man het hul 'point' blank met die geweer gehou en gese hul moet shhh, en nie beweeg ni. Ongelukkig het sy pa gepaniek, toe 2 ander by die huis in begin stap het, waar sy pa se meisie, haar dogtertjie en Stephen (Dubster) se jonger broer was. Hy het die man met die geweer gegooi met n torc wrench, en toe bgin die man hardloop. Sy pa het agterna gevolg nadat Stephen vir hom gese het hy moenie. Stephen kon nie sy pa alleen laat gaan nie, oor hy geskree het hulle gaan sy pa skiet. Soos hulle die 5mans probeer keer het, het 1man Stephen point blank deur sy wang geskiet. Stephen was teen 19h30 reeds oorlede agv die bullet wat sy brein stam getref het.
Ek voel dt is net regverdig teenoor S dat die mense van acvwsa die regte storie weet.

just spoke to Lynette, Everyone is more than welcome to join us at the funeral, the reason for the ''keep it private'' statement was just to avoid the 3000 people march down the streets of scotburgh like toticrime intended. I am sorry about the mixed stories you have heard, like Lynette just told me the real story is slowly coming together and sinking in.

Sjoe, jammer om te hoor, simpatie teenoor die familie. het Stephan in Pmb ontmoet(nog saam na die ford XR8's gaan kyk) en ook by n paar ander skoue gesien. Simpatie teen oor die familie, hy sal gemis word.
