Hi everyone,

My name is Bruce. I live in London but originally from Pietermaritzburg, KZN. Always loved the classic VWs and in Feb while visiting my folks and on holiday in the Drakensberg, found a lovely turquoise T2 1968 bay window camper which I bought and is currently being restored. I can't wait till she is finished!

Thanks and chat soon :)

Good Day All

I recently decided that it is time to purchase a Beetle, mostly for the small town and inter "dorpie" driving around my hometown Potch. And also to learn how an engine works. I have owned no less than 5 polos (1 Seat), an Amarok and a Golf. I have joined the forum looking for advice to purchase the right Beetle because I have no idea where and how to start looking for one...

Thanks Dawid

Hi all
My name is Willem. I've bought a 1976 Bay Window. I've got no mechanical backround. Any good mechanic in the North West?
Regards

Hi all. My name is Tim, and the proud new owner of a 1975 panelvan I found on Gumtree. I look forward to meeting locals in East London and the Eastern Cape as I share my restoration story with you. The first thing she did was mark her territory on my driveway with a couple of drips of oil. Good girl!

Hi guys. Ayanda here, I am new to the forum. Recently a VW Notchback caught my eye, so i thought that this would be the best place to find out about the car, pro's and con's etc & just general things to look out for when purchasing one. Looking forward to reading a lot of the guys threads about building their cars.

Thank you
