I think I've worked out how to fit my two extra seats, I don't have to drill any holes they are all there already:-

More engine progress pics:-
Message of Tudor:-
Hi Chris
More pics.
Progress has been slow. I set up the end float to 5 thou, fitted oil
pump and cylinder studs.
When fitting pistons I found that no 1 small end was too tight for my
liking. I will have to wait till today for Mike to bring the right sized
reamer.
Will keep you posted
Tudor

Tudor is super fussy
My opinion on this is that, would I want someone building my engine who isn't as fussy? Definately not!
Would I pick someone who is faster & not as thorough? Definately not!
Would I pick someone cheaper to build my engine? I think Tudor is very cheap considering the quality of his work & how much effort he puts into everything he does, you can't buy a reputation like Tudor has around these parts.
I am very happy with the price & the workmanship, I can't see how it would be better.
Its hassle for him because, his attention to detail keeps setting him back. This will ensure the engine lasts longer though so its time well spent.
My only regret is that I wish I'd given him my engine 3 months ago & he would have done better job than I did, then again I wouldn't have realised then how much effort goes into building an engine properly.
Tudor Morgan has built engines for a few of my M8's they know he does a good job but I don't think they realised how much work was involved.

How organised is that? Everything clean & laid out in the right order ready to use. All the proper equipment, everything checked & double checked. Everything done methodically, nothing forgotten or left out.
He's even phosphor coated the barrels so they look new.
Tudor has said No1 small end is a bit tight, when he says a bit he means a tiny amount, still he's going to ream it anyway just to make sure its 100%, every thing is sealed up properly with no corners cut. All the bolts are either new or look new.
I'm pleased Tudor lives so close & is letting me see how my engine is coming on. It should be running this week, finished & fitted in my bus by next week. Then its MOT time & the dreaded TAX ready for Volksfest Wales:- http://www.volksfestwales.org.uk
Look out for Milly there & come over to say hello.
I've enough pictures of her on here so I think you'll know which bus she is.
